Sunday Sept. 30th Leaving Town

Today, we finished packing up the camper and hit the road. I packed with the mindset of living instead of camping and  I want to continue to make healthy food while we are on the road instead of lots of hot dogs and smores. I hope to share those recipes along the way as well. I love being in our camper, so I am excited to be in it for a while.

Tonight, we camped River Trail Crossing Campground near Mansfield OH. We purchased a Passport America membership so our camping fees are half price at their campgrounds.

Kelly had to be on a conference call first thing in the morning, so the boys quietly worked on decorating their new tooth brushes with stickers.
We checked out the creek before leaving, but it was WAY to cold to think about getting too close. It would be nice to come back in the summer when they can play in it and pan for gold. Yep, there is gold in this creek.
The boys ran a race around the campground before we headed out. Kristofer was the clear winner. You can see London in the back.
Kolton had technical difficulties with his flip flops while running and he went the long way around so he came in last, but we cheered him on to the finish line.

Next stop NIAGARA FALLS!
