I had to take a picture of London today when we were heading out the door to pick up Kristofer. I mean really, who is cuter than this?! And lets not forget his stellar red carpet look. It is definitely the training pants hanging out that make this outfit. Wait, maybe it is the white socks. You decide!
Guess what Kristofer learned at school today?

You know you are a mom of boys when...
Today, Kolton was waiting his turn to use the bathroom and said, "Mommy! I'm holding my peanuts!"

So tootin funny!
**Warning: Don't take a drink while reading this. You might spit it out!**
London and Kristofer were sitting on the same side of the table at snack. There was a toot that happened and I thought it was London but it was really loud and juicy and Kristofer claimed it. (I guess it was too good to pass up.) A few minutes later the smell overcame Kristofer and he ran from the table gagging. I told him, "I guess it is a little hard to claim a stinky toot that is not yours." He agreed! I laughed until I cried on that one!
I love raising my boys!

Last night we had cheeseburgers for dinner. Kolton’s is a meat patty with cheese and London’s is just a meat patty because he cannot keep milk products down. The big bottle of mustard was near London and he kept pointing to it and calling it cheese. I told him it was mustard and did he want to try it. He said, “Yes.” I put it on his plate and he enjoyed dipping his hamburger into it.
Kolton had to have some too and decided he was going to eat it by itself. He even had two more squirts on his plate after his cheeseburger was gone. London could not be outdone so he said he wanted some too. He took a big bite swished it in his mouth, swallowed , screwed up his face and said, “YUCK!”
*************************************************************************************
Kristofer wanted Kolton/Igor to do something and Kolton/Igor was not playing along. Kristofer went after him saying, “IGOR RYAN…!” This is very funny because Kristofer’s middle name is Ryan so he thinks everyone should be called by their first name and then Ryan when they are in trouble.

The funny of my day.
For some background…When Sasha starts tantruming over his last bite of food I tell him I will take it out of his mouth or he better stop. If he doesn’t stop I take it out and hold it until he is done having a fit. I have had them choke too often (turning blue) because they were tantruming with the last bite and it went down the wrong tube. So today during snack Igor bit his tongue and started crying then decided to take it to a food tantrum. He pushed his bowl away and started kicking his little feet and then realized he still had a bite in his mouth. HE took it out and set it down, continued with the tantrum, and then when he was done picked it up and put it back in his mouth. I started laughing so hard I was crying. OMG, it was hysterical! Igor is the little follower and thinks he has to mimic Sasha and Dima’s bad behavior. Mama is not happy about it at all. It does make for good laughs though.

Today was a good day. With the time change we got up at 5:50am and the kids were ready to go. It made the day seem like forever, but man I got a ton done. Floors swept, moped and vacuumed, Laundry sorted, kids fed, diapers changed, etc My house was in tip top shape.
I got Kristofer to preschool on time and with no tantrums. The one tantrum we had earlier in the morning was due to Kristofer not eating soon enough and I think his blood sugar dropped. I made him have a time in on the kitchen floor next to me and when he calmed down we were able to get to the root of the problem.
After preschool we met up with our friends Elizabeth, Keira and Ally at the park. We walked the walking trail and let the kids play for a bit on the playground. When we were walking the trial Keira got tired so we put Igor in the bottom basket and let her have his seat. He thought it was grand riding down there. Sasha was fascinated with Igor being down there too.

Then we went to a K-mart near us that is closing. No good deals there. Bummer…Kristofer had seen a suitcase that had Lightning McQueen on it and wanted it. I told him I would think about it, but I was not buying it now. When we were in the car he was freaking out that it would not be there when I went back to buy it. I told him, “You know what I do when I want something, but I have to wait to buy it? I pray to Jesus about it. I tell Him how much I want it and ask if it is ment for me to have it can it still be there for me to buy?” I asked Kristofer if he wanted to pray about it and he said yes. We prayed right there in K-mart parking lot. So cute. However when we left the parking lot he was still carrying on about it and cried, I think, for a solid 20 minutes. Mama was less then amused about that, but I got through it with much love and patience shown to my little guy. That is huge for me these days. I feel like my patience is non-existent. Sigh…I am determined to get better though.
When we got home and dressed the boys in their PJ’s and put them all to bed. Igor was not asleep an hour and woke up crying. I think he might be having tummy issues or something. He has been doing this at nap time too.
He ended up sleeping in my arms for about 40 minutes and then the movie I was watching had someone beating on a door. He woke up with a start and was NOT going back to sleep. It is ok though because we have had a grand time. I let him finish watching the movie with me (yes it was appropriate) and then he helped me with the laundry I was working on. It was so nice to have some special one on one time with him. He is simply adorable. I have fallen in love with him that much more tonight.
As I am writing this blog entry he is sitting on my lap and yes it is 10:42pm. If I can't get him to go back to sleep in his bed when I go than I think I’ll just take him to bed with us tonight. Poor little tigger.

Sasha had a great time practicing his Raaaaaaaaah (roar) Kristofer had thought him. He thought it was great.
Kristofer LOVED his hot wheels driver costume. He kept running around the house acting like he was a speed racer.
I tried the lion costume on Igor to see if he liked it any better. Nope. He kept asking for it to be taken off.
Oh yeah, CLEARLY it is naptime...No wait, that is normal for Sasha.
Today during nap time Kristofer had a great time playing board games with me. We had a picnic on the living room floor of chicken salad, cheese and crackers.
This morning we had a good time trying costumes on. Well ok, Igor did not like it one bit!
Today during nap time Kristofer had a great time playing board games with me. We had a picnic on the living room floor of chicken salad, cheese and crackers.
He decided at one point to try and say every gross word he could think of. This included pee, poop, toot etc (notice his gross knowledge is not very broad.) and then when I gave him “the look” he escalated it to saying, “Eat poop” which made our discussion turn into science.
My first instinct was to tell him to quit talking like that, but it would have only made it worse. Instead I explained what poop was…Food that you eat and has gone through your digestive track and then out… He did not try saying any more gross words and I could see the wheels in his head turning. Now this is the fun side of parenting.
